Tantalus operates SunLab, a 120,000 square foot state of the art production facility in Maple Ridge, and an office in Vancouver, BC. Our flagship facility and its team cultivate and produce world-class cannabis products. The Opportunity

The Marketing Coordinator at Tantalus Labs supports brand related efforts across a variety of tasks in the brand department. His or Her role is to facilitate expert level execution on campaigns, new product development, event coordination, and facilitate projects to hit timelines. We believe that worthwhile projects involve ambition, and these projects can always use an administrative specialist. The ideal candidate for this role enjoys the coordination and communication of tasking and delights in projects shipping on time. Responsibilities include:

  • Support brand activities through organization and tasking across multiple projects
  • Coordinate supply chain development and procurement for new products and supplies
  • Maintain product SKU’s, GTIN’s, and information accuracy across distribution partners
  • Facilitate content publishing timelines while adhering to guidelines
  • Act as an administrator for scheduled digital and social campaigns
  • Keep promotional and catalogue materials up to date and at the ready through coordination with graphics providers and content creators
  • Support logistics for community events
  • Monitor campaign success by analyzing and comparing results with forecasts
  • Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data

 

Your competencies are:

  • Education sufficient to execute the duties and responsibilities of a marketing coordinator
  • Knowledge and interest in the Canadian cannabis industry
  • Strong working knowledge of computing platforms including Google Suite, Hootsuite, and Asana
  • Expert knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing techniques
  • Acute written and verbal communication skills
  • Superb administrative and organizational skills
  • An excited and ambitious demeanor with an entrepreneurial mindset
